TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By visiting or shopping at Moku.ma, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of the website and the purchase of any products or services from Moku.ma.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated shipping times are indicated on each product page. These are only approximate times and depend on the availability of products and/or the manufacturer's availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you with a new estimated delivery date. At that time, you may choose to either keep the order, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays in production. In the event of an issue, we will notify you as soon as we become aware of it.
Shipping is available within Morocco, and all deliveries are subject to the respective courier or delivery service policies.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Moku.ma, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us at mokuliving.maroc@gmail.com, and we will provide instructions for returning your product. Items must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Final Sale items
- Made-to-order or customized products
- Special orders
For oversize items or furniture delivered via freight, contact mokuliving.maroc@gmail.com to arrange a return. Please note that freight returns will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the original item price, in addition to the original shipping costs. Return requests for freight items must be made within 14 days of delivery.
PRODUCT VARIATION
Please note that minor variations in products may occur, especially with handmade items like rugs and textiles. Variations in color, texture, weave, and size (up to 5%) are normal and not considered defects.
Color Disclaimer: Due to variations in computer monitor displays, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will exactly match the actual product. Descriptions of colors, textures, and other product details are provided by manufacturers. Moku.ma assumes no liability for discrepancies in product appearance unless a verified manufacturer defect is present.
PAYMENT AND CREDIT CARDS
In the case of a disputed credit card charge that is ultimately found to be legitimate or decided in favor of Moku.ma, the customer is responsible for all associated fees, including attorneys' fees and other costs incurred by Moku.ma. All disputes shall be governed by Moroccan law, and any legal actions must be brought in the courts located in Casablanca, Morocco.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Receiving an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a confirmation of our offer to sell. Moku.ma reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at any time. Verification of information may be required before accepting an order. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and errors will be corrected upon discovery. Moku.ma reserves the right to revoke offers or correct any inaccuracies, even after an order has been placed. In cases of improper use of the website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
